Since 2009, I have been fulfilling pet portrait commissions from various friends, family members and folks in my community. Painted with gouache, acrylic, latex and spray paint on a square panel. With each Meehanimal, I aim to capture the personality and sweet, loving gaze of the animal with accuracy. Utilizing contrasting colors, these pieces are conversation starters and beautiful additions to any wall.

Meehanimals are fine art contemporary pet portraits created by the hand of EM.
The feeling of love shared with a treasured, irreplaceable pet is unlike any other. The affection, fun and connection pets bring into our lives is so profound and special it can hardly be described with words.
But illustrations can get pretty close..
Meehanimals are rendered in a photo-realistic style and capture the spirit and magic of your dog, past or present, unlike any other pet portrait on the market.
